Yamja Fresh

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using Yamja Fresh - Online Ordering, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our online ordering platform.
  2. Nature of Business & Products: Yamja Fresh operates as a retail provider of fresh food, produce, and meat items. All product descriptions, images, and prices listed on the web app are subject to change without prior notice to ensure accurate local availability and freshness standards.
  3. Pricing and Payments: All prices listed on Yamja Fresh - Online Ordering are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made securely through our authorized payment gateways. Yamja Fresh does not store sensitive financial or credit/debit card data on local servers.
  4. Delivery and Cold-Chain Compliance: Deliveries are made within designated local zones. Given the perishable nature of fresh food and meat products, customers or an authorized representative must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. Yamja Fresh is not liable for spoilage if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact number provided by the user.
  5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy: Due to hygiene, safety, and cold-chain regulations, fresh food and meat items cannot be returned once accepted at delivery, unless found to be damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Cancellations can only be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellations or refunds will not be entertained.
  6. Limitation of Liability: In accordance with Indian consumer laws, Yamja Fresh's total liability for any claim arising out of product purchase or app usage shall be strictly limited to the monetary value of the specific order placed by the customer.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Yamja Fresh - Online Ordering shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where Yamja Fresh is registered.
